By attending this course you will, God willing (insha-Allah),

• Attend a local Quran recitation course for women, by a local female instructor
• Learn and review the foundations of Quranic recitation
• Understand points of articulation for all the Arabic alphabets
• Build clarity in pronunciation through practicing aloud in class
• Get personal feedback and support through weekly phone calls
• Become more comfortable projecting one’s voice and reciting the Quran aloud
• Get an understanding of how one’s recitation can be improved and set future study intentions
• Establish a habit of reciting Surah Yaseen every morning
• Build a local sisterhood that is beaded together in sacred study
• Nurture love and honor for the sacred tradition by which the Quran is transmitted
• Be amongst “The best amongst you are those that study and teach the Quran” as mentioned by our beloved Prophet ﷺ

Saturday classes will be hybrid with one week in-person (only) and one week online (only).
